Library Exhibition Illuminates Life and Work of Mark Twain

“Mark Twain and Huckleberry Finn,” an exhibition of letters, artwork, manuscripts, books, and articles relating to the works of Mark Twain, will be on view at the Vassar College Libraries through May 23. Art Center to Take Hiatus for Essential Roof Repairs

The Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center (FLLAC) will close to the public for essential roof repairs beginning in May, reopening in time for the start of the spring semester in January 2011. A Selection of March Speakers

On March 24 at 5:30 p.m. in Sanders Auditorium, author and essayist Shalom Auslander (pictured) will deliver the annual Dr. Maurice Sitomer lecture. His works draw from his Orthodox Jewish childhood in New York, with a humorous and dark point of view. Author Tom Perrotta noted in a review that Auslander “writes like Philip Roth’s angry nephew.” Read More …

A Weekend of Concerts
