President Hill Pens New York Times Op-Ed on Free Tuition

President Catharine Hill wrote a New York Times op-ed citing the drawbacks of political proposals for free tuition at public institutions and requirements for private colleges to use endowments to reduce tuitions “to zero if possible.” While reduced tuition is clearly beneficial, the proposed reforms will bring a host of problems, Hill writes. Professor Charles Steinhorn Helps Secure $2.1 Million Grant
