Accessibility
Vassar College strives to make its facilities and events accessible to all members of the community and its guests. For information about services or to request disability-related accommodations, please contact us or call (845) 437-7745 as far in advance of your visit as possible.
Wheelchair Accessibility
There is ground-level access at the Loeb’s main entrance and all galleries are wheelchair accessible; portions of the Sculpture Garden are only accessible by a stone path. The 2nd floor Hoy Photography Gallery is served by an elevator. The closest accessible restrooms are located in Taylor Hall next to the Coat Room (access via a chair lift) or on the 2nd floor of Taylor Hall by using the Main Gate elevator. One wheelchair is available upon request; please ask a security guard upon arrival.
Parking
Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are available on Main Gate Drive and in front of Main Building. For more information on campus parking, visit the campus map.
Service Animals
Trained service animals providing assistance to a visitor with a disability are welcome. If you are visiting a non-public area of the museum, like our Print Study Room, please contact us in advance so we can plan together. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed in the Loeb.

Large print labels for special exhibitions can be found within their respective galleries. Large print labels for the permanent collection galleries and Braille labels for any gallery are available upon request with at least two weeks’ notice.
