As a business leader and communicator, Anne Green embraces curiosity, empathy and a drive to make strategic connections for clients—as well as to bring out the very best in G&S as a team and individuals.
Anne taps 30 years of experience in integrated marketing communications in her role as CEO and a partner at G&S Business Communications. She is responsible for ensuring excellence across all areas of agency performance and operations, from client service to the agency’s integrated offerings to cultivating a vibrant and growth-oriented culture. Anne also continues to lead key external relationships, such as the agency’s membership in global network PROI, and to serve as the executive sponsor of the G&S DE&I Task Force and Generative AI team.
Anne is passionate about providing counsel to clients in such sectors as healthcare, professional services, financial services, technology, and home and building. She is an accomplished and active media trainer and presentation skills coach.
Her prior roles at G&S included MD, Business Consulting with a focus on high-level client counsel, consulting and new business, and MD of the G&S New York office with responsibilities for strategic direction, people, growth and operations. Anne was previously President and CEO of CooperKatz & Company, Inc., an award-winning agency she helped to build for more than two decades before it was acquired by G&S in 2018. She began her career with Burson-Marsteller, working on business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs with such clients as GE Appliances. Notable clients across her career have included Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Fiserv, Virgin Mobile USA, Piaggio Vespa, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and TD Bank alongside innovative start-ups across multiple categories.
Honors include PRWeek’s “40 Under 40,” multiple years in the PRWeek Global Power Book and PR News “Top Women in PR.” Anne is a board director for the Alumnae/i Association of Vassar College (AAVC) and has previously served on the board of the PR Council and as Board chair for New York-based anti-trafficking non-profit, LifeWay Network. She holds a BA degree from Vassar College and a MA in American Literature from New York University, where she has served as a guest lecturer in the School of Continuing & Professional Studies.
