Vassar students in Hawaii developed resources to help immigrants there acclimate themselves to their new communities. Meanwhile, a student from Kenya secured funding for new water systems for schools in a Kenyan village. Both initiatives were funded through the 100 Projects for Peace program.

President Elizabeth H. Bradley and Peter Mathieson, Principal and Vice Chancellor of the University of Edinburgh (Scotland), have laid the groundwork for mutually beneficial collaboration between the two institutions—the third such global partnership Bradley has established.
