Come and find a stress-free, warm, and happy environment to learn Qigong or practice it with a Chinese Master. All levels are welcome!

Zhineng Qigong is a life science based on systematic theory and methods. It outlines the laws of the universe, including those of human life. It explains the relationship between human life activity and the natural world, society, etc. Zhineng Qigong is an open-style practice developed by Dr/Professor Pang, Master Liu is a direct student of Dr. Pang for more than 40 years.

Debra and Richard Clegg have taught Qigong at Vassar College for 14 years.
