Olmsted Network Conference at Vassar: Landscapes of Renewal: Olmsted, Downing, and Vaux

Part of a three-day conference (Sept. 13–15) devoted to Hudson Valley landscape, the program on Sunday (Sept. 15) at Vassar will include two panels on green space and health, one moderated by President Bradley; a lecture by Professor of Art Yvonne Elet on the Vassar campus as microcosm of Hudson Valley Landscape; lunch on the Olmsted-designed Chapel lawn; and afternoon walking tours of campus landscape and the Ecological Laboratory, and also of Springside and the Hudson River Psychiatric Hospital site.
