“Reciprocity as Responsibility,” a Tatlock Keynote Address by Sarah Biscarra Dilley

Sarah Biscarra Dilley (yaktitʸutitʸu yaktiłhini [Northern Chumash]) is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, educator, and Director of Indigenous Programs and Relationality at Forge Project, an Indigenous arts and cultural organization located in Taghkanic, NY. She is also the 2024-25 Tatlock Fellow at Vassar.

The Anne McNiff (’61) Tatlock Fellowship in Multidisciplinary Studies is a flexible residency program, designed to strengthen and deepen the engagement of faculty within Vassar’s Multidisciplinary Programs. In her capacity as Tatlock Chair in Multidisciplinary Studies, Professor Molly McGlennen selected Sarah Biscarra Dilley for the fellowship. Together, they will be leading faculty development programming around the theme of Indigenous reciprocity in teaching and scholarship.
