Co-Presenters Sarah Biscarra Dilley and Monique Tyndall present, Political Not Performative: Enacting Collaboration as Diplomacy

Location:

Rockefeller Hall 300

They offer their insight on emergent models for formal engagement between educational institutions, non-profit organizations and tribal entities, using commitment to diplomacy and a relational pace as foundational. This presentation will discuss the distinct barriers to connection that ongoing settlement & removal presents, naming the criticality of Indigenous placemaking and narrative sovereignty, while offering examples on how to enact affirmative consent and relationality towards collective possibility.

This event is open to the public.
