We’re offering live demo sessions at various times throughout the day to ensure they’re accessible to everyone, as well as a hands on experience for you to try using the new tool at your own pace. We’ll introduce three key new systems:

• Ellucian Experience – Replacing Ask Banner
• Ellucian Insights – Real-time reports and dashboards for access to timely, relevant information
• Cognomos Course Match – Replacing Pre-Registration

During these sessions, you’ll see demonstrations of features we plan to implement for students, faculty, and staff, including:

• Viewing class schedules, grades, transcripts, and course information
• Tools for pre-registration and registration
• Access to financial aid, student accounts, dining, and other campus services
• Real-time reports and dashboards for access to timely, relevant information

You’ll also have the opportunity to meet our implementation partners from Ellucian and Cognomos, ask questions, and share feedback with the project team.
