Works by two iconic and groundbreaking choreographers will enter the VRDT repertoire in April 2025: TV Rerun by Merce Cunningham, an American dancer, choreographer and innovator, who was at the forefront of American modern dance for more than 50 years, and an excerpt of Serenade by George Balanchine, widely considered to be the 20th-century’s most influential ballet choreographer.
