Ford Scholars to present their research projects in the humanities and social sciences
Class of ’51 Reading Room, 2nd Floor, Main Library
Vassar’s Ford Scholar Program fosters faculty-student collaborations on research projects in the humanities and social sciences. Join us to celebrate their research this past summer in a range of projects including public sentiment of canceled celebrities, managing stress and adversity, experiences of state court judges, cyber attacks and US banks, and many more.
Professor of Psychological Science Michele Tugade will deliver the keynote address, “Resilience Stories: Science-based Strategies for Mental Health and Well-Being.” For a detailed schedule of presentations, please visit vassar.edu/ford-scholars.
This event is open to the campus community only.
The 2022 Ford Scholars Program is generously supported by gifts and grants to Vassar College. The following departments had faculty mentors involved this past summer: Anthropology, Art History, Economics, Education, Environmental Studies Program, Hispanic Studies, History, Music, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychological Science, and Religion.
