Piano duo Milica Jelača Jovanović and Marija Ilić will present a varied program, featuring one of Schubert’s most loved works, the powerful Fantasie in F-Minor from the last year of his life; a transcription of Frank’s magical organ piece, Prelude, Fugue and Variation; the joyous, ornamented, and playful Allemande and Muséte de Taverni by Couperin; a romantic fantasy by Amy Beach; and a two-piano staple, Witold Lutoslawski’s virtuosic Variations on the Theme of Paganini.
