Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that works. It integrates physical posture, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. This class is for all levels, beginners to seasoned practitioner. Attend in person or via Zoom.

Mondays on Zoom from 7:00-8:00 p.m. 
Wednesdays in person from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Library Quiet Room.
