Good Neighbors Partnerships Program Fall Application
Deadline: Monday, November 27, 2023
The Frances D. Fergusson Good Neighbors Partnerships Program is looking to support projects building partnerships between Vassar and the Poughkeepsie community during the Spring Semester. Apply for a grant and find more information.
Past grants have supported your ideas in the areas of food systems, the environment, urban gardening, education, mental and physical health, housing, community organizing initiatives, and the arts.
Student, staff, and faculty grants are one-time grants to support new or existing projects in the Poughkeepsie community in collaboration with a local nonprofit. Student grants are up to $500/year and staff/faculty grants are up to $1,000/year.
Major three-year grants support three-years-long projects that deepen the relationship between Vassar and a partnering nonprofit, build on assets of both communities, and could be sustainable beyond the three-year grant. Major three-year grants are up to $5,000/year for three years.
